Job Description
We are currently hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector to support production quality and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring products meet specifications. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.

As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Review work orders and product specifications for accuracy
- Inspect cleaning, sanitization records, components, and materials before production
- Ensure proper line clearance and approve line setup before start-up
- Conduct line huddles to communicate quality expectations
- Perform in-process and final inspections following AQL standards
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
- Perform routine quality audits on production lines
- Identify defects and perform root cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide guidance to production staff on quality standards
- Review Batch Production Records (BPRs) for completeness
- Collect and submit product samples according to guidelines
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety, and company policies
- Support additional quality-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Basic computer skills (scanners, inventory systems)
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety practices
- Ability to perform accurate visual inspections
- Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers preferred)
- Ability to use testing tools and equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
