Job Description

We are hiring skilled team members for production positions that require computer use, machine operation, or precision work. Shifts are available for 1st shift.
Available Positions & Responsibilities:
  • Art Room / Wood Room: Operate machines, follow work orders, assist with materials (lift 20–150 lbs), maintain safety standards.
  • Production Departments: Fiber, Laser, UV, Embroidery, Cloth Vinyl, Gift Box, Sandblast, Blaster, DTG Clothing & Accessories, Inkcups, Hard Goods, Canvas, Mugs, Sub Hard, Rotary. Handle materials, operate equipment, maintain quality.

Qualifications:
  • Basic computer knowledge for all skilled positions.
  • Ability to lift 20–50 lbs depending on role.
  • Good eyesight, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Optional but a plus: leadership, own transportation, overtime availability.

Calificaciones:
  • Conocimientos básicos de computación para todas las posiciones calificadas.
  • Capacidad de levantar entre 20–50 lbs dependiendo del rol.
  • Buena visión, atención al detalle y capacidad de seguir instrucciones.
  • Persona confiable, orientada al trabajo en equipo y capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
  • Opcional pero considerado un plus: liderazgo, transporte propio, disponibilidad para tiempo extra.
