What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and review production performance to ensure over 95% yield
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines and settings
- Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques
- Complete mold cleanings, shutdown, and restart procedures
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Document changes and work with quality and production control teams
- Write and process work orders for equipment requiring maintenance
- Train and support less experienced team members
- Keep work area safe and organized, with a focus on efficiency and quality
What You Bring:
- Experience in injection molding or manufacturing operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot problems
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement
