Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to oversee inventory management processes. This role involves maintaining accurate records, conducting regular stock counts and audits, managing incoming and outgoing shipments. - Maintain accurate inventory records and databases.
- Conduct regular counts and audits to verify stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Prepare and process outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorder processes as needed.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory processes and workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, including training and supervising inventory clerks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
