- Prepare tamale dough with the correct ingredient ratio and texture.
- Portion and assemble tamales, ensuring each one has proper shape and weight (~130g).
- Pack tamales according to standards, ensuring good presentation and integrity.
- Keep work areas and tools clean and sanitized.
- Perform quality checks to verify texture, weight, and presentation.
- Report any production issues to the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience making tamales or in food production.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Speed and accuracy to meet production goals.
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
