Job Description
Looking to take your production skills to the next level? We're hiring Production Leads to help the Production Supervisor ensure smooth operations and quality control. If you're experienced in production coordination and committed to safety, quality, and food safety, this role is for you. Responsibilities:

- Lead daily discussions on safety, food safety, quality, operations, and materials.
- Track performance using metrics and improve operations.
- Complete and submit production checklists 4 times per shift.
- Resolve issues in your assigned areas.
- Work with sanitation leads to ensure tools are ready for changeovers.
- Monitor changeovers to meet time and staffing goals.
- Manage daily labor scheduling to meet production targets.
- Ensure production meets customer and quality standards.
- Coach employees to minimize waste and product issues.
- Prepare required paperwork and materials.
- Track material usage and lot numbers with receiving.
- Work with maintenance for equipment repairs.
- Follow food safety rules and report violations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of production experience.
- Experience in managing changeovers and labor.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality.
- Must be fluent in English.
