The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust machinery according to production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and report issues or malfunctions
- Perform basic machine setups and changeovers
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- English comprehension of at least 80% (required)
