Job Description
Hiring a Machine Operator for a growing operation in Hodgkins. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, and takes pride in keeping production running efficiently. Key responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring performance, making basic adjustments, identifying issues early, and maintaining consistent output and quality standards.
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn, stay focused, and contribute to a strong team culture.

- 3 yrs operating industrial machinery in manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Food manufacturing experience REQUIRED
- Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, Food Defense
