Job Description
Join our production team as a Machine Operator, where you'll operate up to two machines and manage activities on the packaging line to ensure maximum efficiency, product quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and monitor performance
- Perform changeovers and basic equipment adjustments
- Detect and report malfunctions; stop the line if product is out of spec
- Maximize productivity while minimizing waste
- Use check-weighers and metal detectors accurately
- Complete production reports and notify supervisor of material shortages
- Apply safety, GMP, HACCP, and allergen procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to correct deviations quickly
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support with packing, stacking, rework, and relief duties as needed
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending most of the shift
- Basic math and reading comprehension in English
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- One year of machine operator experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and participate in training
