Shift: 3rd ShiftPay Rate: Starting around $20/hour, based on experience
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with strong measuring skills and prior experience in the printing industry. This role offers the opportunity to grow and cross-train in multiple areas for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and willingness to learn. Multiple openings are available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial machinery in a printing/manufacturing environment
- Measure materials accurately using measuring tools
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support production goals and meet shift deadlines
- Cross-train in different production areas as needed
- Previous machine operating experience
- Strong measuring and math skills
- Prior experience in the printing industry (preferred)
- Ability to work 3rd shift
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and train in multiple areas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Medir materiales con precisión utilizando herramientas de medición
- Supervisar el funcionamiento de las máquinas y realizar ajustes cuando sea necesario
- Inspeccionar productos para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa
- Apoyar los objetivos de producción del turno
- Capacitarse y apoyar en diferentes áreas de producción según se requiera
- Experiencia previa como operador de máquina
- Buenas habilidades de medición y matemáticas básicas
- Experiencia en la industria de impresión (preferible)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en 3er turno
- Atención al detalle y enfoque en calidad
- Disposición para aprender y capacitarse en varias áreas
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de manufactura dinámico
