Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role requires experience in industrial maintenance and MEP systems, ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive in executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and safely operate a cutting torch.
- Work with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct building maintenance as needed.
- Identify equipment issues by observing mechanical operations and listening for irregular sounds.
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Detect texture changes, quality defects, and imperfections in production parts while assisting operators.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Record equipment downtime and suggest enhancements.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
- Propose continuous improvements for equipment, facilities, and processes.
- Assist machine operators in resolving equipment-related issues.
- Support the maintenance team leader as needed.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance, adhering to assigned work schedules.
- Follow all GMP requirements and safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in industrial maintenance and MEP systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
