Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is critical in ensuring the efficient repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
- Execute machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Provide emergency repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during downtime.
- Utilize mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills to service packaging and production machines.
- Operate a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and electric meters, for maintenance duties.
- Safely operate and repair forklifts as needed.
- Technical degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or production environment.
- Electrical experience with 480V three-phase systems and machine controls preferred.
- Familiarity with VFD drives and PLCs is a strong plus.
- Experience operating forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and GMP standards.
- Computer Skills.
