We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Chicago, Illinois.
This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a small manufacturing environment while following instructions and safety procedures.This role offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee after completing the required hours.

Shift & PayShift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Temp-to-Hire after 720 hours

- Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks following written instructions
- Read and understand work procedures in English
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Use provided PPE at all times
- Support general production and technical tasks as needed
- Communicate with supervisors regarding progress and issues
Requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must pass background check (processed through Sibel Health)
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a small office / manufacturing space
- Must complete 720 hours to qualify for hire
