• Operate sit-down forklifts to move finished goods and raw materials  
• Stage raw materials for Grinder and Pelletizer Operators to ensure smooth production  
• Generate and affix labels to the correct materials and locations  
• Work independently with minimal supervision  
• Perform additional duties as assigned for continuous improvement  
• Follow all safety guidelines and attend a mandatory three-hour safety training
• Report operational inefficiencies or hazards to the supervisor immediately  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience  
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted  
• Comfortable working in high-heat conditions and stepping up/down from forklifts  
• High school diploma or GED preferred  
• At least one year of sustained warehouse employment is highly preferred  
• Must have steel-toe boots (STB) and follow PPE and GMP guidelines  
• Must complete a Culture Index Survey before becoming a direct hire  
• PPE provided and dedicated space for personal items  

Schedule

• 1st shift (7 AM–7 PM)
• 2nd shift (7 PM–7 AM)
• Rotating two-week schedule: four days one week, three days the next
