Are you looking for a dynamic, physical role in a manufacturing setting? We are seeking energetic and adaptable workers for a temp-to-hire position. Your responsibilities will range from handling materials to maintaining cleanliness in the work area. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb and adapt to varying shifts, as you may be assigned to different tasks based on daily operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the process of flaking material and filling bags with product.
- Efficiently pack bags onto pallets for distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the floors and work areas.
- Rotate tasks regularly, alternating between lifting and filling duties.
- Potential to receive forklift driver training for moving pallets and packing tables.
- Work flexibly across different shifts, filling in for other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and engage in physical labor.
- Willingness to work various shifts due to operational needs.
- Steel Toe Boots are required for safety.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
