Job Description
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a key player in the production process. We are looking for an individual to assist in the precise and safe operation of slitting machinery, playing a critical role in meeting both production and quality standards.
Activities:
- Assist in operating and adjusting slitting machinery as per production orders.
- Measure and compare finished products against customer specifications.
- Participate in general maintenance and cleanliness of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
- Identify and report any product non-conformities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or plant manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Regularly required to communicate, stand, walk, and use hands.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English or Spanish.
