Job Description

We're seeking a Motor Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test industrial motors, focusing on both AC and DC motors down to the component level. The ideal candidate will use standard work instructions, manuals, personal tools, and company equipment to perform their duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and test assigned work on AC and DC motors.
  • Submit purchase order requests for necessary component parts.
  • Identify and record problems related to equipment, processes, or quality.
  • Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Certification or degree from a college or technical trade institution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment.
  • The role involves frequent movement, climbing, standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting items weighing over 50 pounds, typical for a medium work warehouse environment.
