We are in search of a dedicated Packaging Operator who can ensure safe machine operations while prioritizing quality and efficiency. The role primarily revolves around managing the bundling system and ensuring consistent material flow.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks based on factory work orders and both written and verbal directives.
• Set parameters for bundling configurations and piece counts.
• Fine-tune conveyor guides for a seamless product transition within the packaging system.
• Conduct visual product inspections to detect and rectify defects.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Facilitate training sessions for peers when assigned.
• Perform minor machine maintenance under guided training.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical insight coupled with basic math proficiency.
• Familiarity with precision instruments is an advantage.
• Frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, and other physical maneuvers.
• Thrive in a manufacturing setting with loud noises, moving parts, and occasional exposure to wet conditions.
• Own transportation
