Job Description
Primary Staffing is searching for dedicated Packers to join our crew at a leading packaging facility in St. Charles, IL. Grab this opportunity to become a key player in the creation of packaging solutions that house everyday products, from your favorite snacks to essential hygiene items.
Responsibilities:
- Examine our products for any defects and ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Pack the perfect product using caps, sides, and banding.
- Keep an eye on machine operations and report issues promptly.
- Accurately apply and manage labels on products, ensuring they're ready for shipment.
- Act swiftly to resolve any bottle or box maker jam-ups.
- Maintain a tidy production area and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
- Be ready to jump into other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Proficient with hands-on tasks and good manual dexterity.
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 30 lbs.
- Adaptable to a non-air conditioned environment with varying temperatures.
- Own transportation
