Job Description
Join our Quality Team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality system for our site. As part of the site Quality Team you will be responsible for managing non-conforming material and products, ensuring traceability, weight management, and addressing consumer complaints. Take ownership of your work area, prioritize safety, and contribute to the production of top-quality products in our integrated supply chain.

- Lead product-related incident management processes in collaboration with the Process Quality Manager.
- Conduct internal investigations and root cause analyses for quality compliance incidents, including consumer complaints, out-of-spec results, internal audits, and factory/GMP issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and product quality through data analysis and statistical evaluation.
- Manage non-conforming material and product inventory, ensuring traceability for products manufactured on-site.
- Ensure timely disposition of hold products through sampling, destruction, release, or donation.
- Conduct annual site traceability exercises and support retrieval exercises.
- Monitor SAP transactions to manage non-conforming product inventory.
- Collaborate with operations and quality leads to investigate consumer complaints and ensure timely closure of action plans.
- Manage net weight program compliance.
Requirements:
- Analytical and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Engineering/Biology/Quality or other relevant sciences.
- Certified Quality Engineer (preferred).
- HACCP certification (preferred).
