This role is perfect for individuals who thrive under physical demands, are eager to learn, and are ready to grow in a manufacturing career. While no prior experience is required, this role requires excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to keep up in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures while assisting in machine operations. Over time, you will have the opportunity to learn how to operate machinery.- Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and ensure load tags are printed according to specifications.- Assemble and package units per customer requirements and production standards.- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet high-quality standards.- Keep up with fast-paced machine operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently.- Troubleshoot production issues as needed to maintain smooth operations.- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace that complies with safety protocols.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.- First and Second shifts available
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs continuously during an 8-hour shift (up to 10-12 hours during peak seasons).- Physically capable of standing, walking, and staying active throughout the entire shift in a demanding environment.- Strong commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality.- Fluent in English, with the ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
