Job Description
We are currently hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing environment in Matteson, Illinois. This role is ideal for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced production setting. As a Production Associate, you will support the assembly of battery and electronic components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

2nd Shift: 8: 00 PM – 8: 00 AM — $18.00/hr (estimated)

Responsibilities
- Assemble battery and electronic components on production lines
- Perform material handling and line feeding tasks
- Support basic inventory and production flow
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
- Maintain production standards and meet daily goals
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate with supervisors and team members as needed
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow processes and SOPs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must use PPE (safety glasses, gloves)
- Reliable and team-oriented
