Key Responsibilities
- Assemble battery and electronic components based on work instructions
- Use basic production tools and equipment as needed
- Load, unload, and supply materials to production lines
- Perform visual inspections and report defects
- Help track production output and downtime issues
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and productive
- Assist with inventory movement and warehouse-related tasks
- Follow PPE, OSHA, and client-specific safety rules
- Work closely with supervisors, quality teams, and logistics personnel
Requirements
- Stand for 12 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Steel-toe boots required
- Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Full-time, 12 hours
- 1st shift, 2nd shift, or rotating shifts may be available
