Primary Staffing is hiring Production Associates & Mixers to join the team at El Milagro, a leading tortilla manufacturer. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Assist with food production, mixing, and packaging operations.
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to production standards and recipes.
- Package finished products while maintaining quality standards.
- Rotate between production tasks as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and sanitized using proper cleaning equipment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
- Support the production team in meeting daily production goals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
- Experience in food manufacturing or industrial kitchens is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Spanish fluency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
