Primary Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable Production Leads to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.
The Production Lead will serve as a working leader responsible for guiding production employees, supporting training initiatives, promoting workplace safety, and helping the team meet daily production goals. This role acts as a key communication link between production employees, Line Coordinators, Onsite Supervisors, and Management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to support a positive and productive work environment.
Requeriments:
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Night Shift: 8: 00 PM – 8: 00 AM
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production demands.
- Ability to follow company policies and enforce workplace standards consistently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work rotating schedules and 12-hour shifts as assigned.
