Job Description

Primary Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable Production Leads to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Lead serves as a working leader responsible for guiding production employees, supporting training initiatives, promoting workplace safety, and helping the team achieve daily production goals. This role serves as a key communication link between production employees, Line Coordinators, Onsite Supervisors, and Management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership or Team Lead experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support production employees to achieve daily production goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate daily workflow and staffing assignments.
  • Reinforce compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
  • Communicate production, staffing, equipment, and quality concerns to leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.


Schedule & Pay
  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Starting at $19.00/hr
  • Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM | Starting at $20.00/hr
