• Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and demand maintenance on production lines (electrical and mechanical), including motors, motor drives, pumps, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and transmissions  
• Work from schedules, work orders, manuals, blueprints, charts, and instructions 
• Use precision measuring devices such as multimeters and calipers  
• Maintain, repair, and install various machine parts, components, and equipment  
• Communicate effectively with peers, production associates, and supervisors  

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring (120/480 volts)  
• Experience in machine operation and troubleshooting  
• Plastic extrusion experience is a plus  
• Associate degree/certificate in a related field or comparable manufacturing experience  
• Prolonged standing, walking, and occasional desk work  
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and work in confined areas or outdoors as needed  
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs  
• Must have steel-toe boots (STB) and follow company GMPs and PPE guidelines  

Shift Details

• 1st Shift (7 AM – 7 PM) starting at $26 – $36
• 2nd Shift (7 PM – 7 AM) starting at $28 – $38 
• Rotating schedule with four days one week, three days the next
