Activities
- You'll help prepare food products, selecting the right ingredients like flour, sugar, fats, and flavorings.
- Get hands-on with blending dry ingredients in one mixer and wet ingredients in another, ensuring a uniform mix.
- Depending on the product, you'll roll, cut, or mold into shape.
- Place the shaped product on trays and into ovens, monitoring them to achieve the perfect bake.
- Post-baking, you'll transfer products to cooling racks or belts.
- You'll package the food products in various formats, ensuring they're ready for consumers.
- Apply labels with crucial information and seal the packages for freshness.
- Perform checks to ensure every product meets our high standards in taste, appearance, and texture.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow recipes and production processes accurately.
- Comfort with operating or learning to operate various kitchen and production equipment.
- Physical ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to rotate through different tasks and adapt to various production stages.
- Previous experience in food production or a related field is a plus, but not required.
