Activities:
- Participate in the preparation of food items, carefully selecting ingredients such as flour, sugar, and various fats.
- Engage in the process of mixing both dry and wet ingredients separately to achieve a consistent blend.
- Shape the food product as per requirements by rolling, cutting, or molding.
- Monitor the baking process, ensuring each product is baked to perfection.
- Move freshly baked items to cooling areas for proper texture setting.
- Package the final product in different styles, making them consumer-ready.
- Accurately apply labels containing essential information and seal the products to preserve freshness.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to guarantee each item meets our high standards of taste and appearance.
Requirements:
- Skilled in precisely following recipes and adapting to different production processes.
- Capable of operating or willing to learn various kitchen and production tools and equipment.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptable to various tasks and capable of rotating through different production phases.
