Responsibilities:
- Steer the company's food safety programs while maintaining optimum standards.
- Identify and rectify sub-standard conditions and practices.
- Monitor production and packaging processes to ensure maximum accuracy and compliance.
- Develop comprehensive in-plant quality status summaries and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain all company and customer quality control policies and manuals.
- Perform other essential tasks assigned by management to enhance operational quality.
- Previous experience in quality control within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety programs and quality regulations.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify issues in production processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
