Job Description
We' re looking for a recent graduate with a passion for quality and a desire to grow within an FDA-regulated environment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the quality assurance system for a new manufacturing facility from the ground up.You’ ll report directly to the Engineering Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to support production, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Work alongside production and engineering teams to ensure product quality during the manufacturing process.
- Implement and oversee quality control systems and methods.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting quality-related issues.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and procedures.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) phases with quality assurance processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company' s quality goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Recent graduate with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of quality control tools and methods.
- Interest in the medical device or FDA-regulated industry.
