We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Specialists to join our team at a company located just a few minutes away from our Chicago office. You will be the frontline contact for client queries and issues, ensuring exceptional service standards. The role involves an on-site training period, after which you might transition to working remotely. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and can create a distraction-free home office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client issues and handle service-related projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Services teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize escalated service requests.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client communication records.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service while working remotely.

Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable Wi-Fi connection and a distraction-free environment.
  • Availability to work evening shifts.
  • Willingness to undergo on-site training at the facility during the day shift, before transitioning to remote work.
