You will be the frontline contact for client queries and issues, ensuring exceptional service standards. The role involves an on-site training period, after which you might transition to working remotely. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and can create a distraction-free home office environment.
- Resolve client issues and handle service-related projects efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Services teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and prioritize escalated service requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client communication records.
- Ensure high-quality customer service while working remotely.
- Proven customer service experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a stable Wi-Fi connection and a distraction-free environment.
- Availability to work evening shifts.
- Willingness to undergo on-site training at the facility during the day shift, before transitioning to remote work.
