• Mentor, guide, and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address challenges, resolve disputes, and maintain a harmonious working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide timely feedback to higher management on team performance, operational challenges, and potential improvements.
• Utilize performance tracking metrics to identify operational areas of improvement and engagement of the operations staff.

What We Seek:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Reliable transportation
• Long-term eligibility
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a big plus
