Job Description
Are you looking for a hands-on Sanitation Worker position in St Charles? We are a premier manufacturing facility committed to high hygiene and safety standards, and we seek a dependable sanitation professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, wet environment while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

- Utilize water and approved chemicals to thoroughly clean and sanitize production line machinery.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks to ensure hygienic conditions in offices, restrooms, production lines, and common areas.
- Safely remove and dispose of trash and waste materials according to industry standards.
- Effectively clean floors, walls, and surfaces in wet and slippery conditions.
- Restock cleaning supplies promptly and notify supervisors when inventory levels are low.
- Regularly inspect cleaning tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work closely with team members to meet sanitation schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned to support facility operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and frequently bend, reach, and lift items weighing between 25-50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a wet, humid, and fast-paced production setting.
- Minimum 6 months of sanitation or cleaning experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
- Must wear steel-toe waterproof boots to ensure personal safety on the job.
