Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, involving the handling of incoming and outgoing products and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our facility.

If you have a strong sense of organization, are skilled in handling shipping and receiving tasks, and can operate a forklift safely, we encourage you to apply for this Shipping & Receiving Specialist position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Prepare and pack products for shipment, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Sort and rework products that do not meet customer requirements.
- Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production.
- Transfer materials from the warehouse to the manufacturing shop floor and organize them using pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in driving a forklift.
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
- Collaborative team player, able to work well with colleagues at all levels.
- Methodical and logical work approach, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
