Job Description
We are on the lookout for a diligent and detail-oriented person for a Shipping and Receiving Department to enhance the efficiency of our client's logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while paying attention to detail.
- Recent experience with office software, especially Excel and Google Sheets, is essential.
- Keep files organized and up-to-date.
- Schedule and manage both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handle the material shipped and received.
- Generate and manage to receive reports and assist in month-end closing processes.
- Available for mandatory overtime during inventory weeks (three weeks per year).
Requirements:
- Proficient in office applications and computer use.
- Experience in some warehouse processes is advantageous but not required.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must be fluent in English, with both verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work stand-up for a whole shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed
