We're seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organized individual who excels in leadership and is driven to achieve excellence.Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations, you'll implement and enhance standardized procedures to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality, compliant products.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including quality and safety/training documentation.
- Manage basic inventory tasks, including reading labels, identifying lot and material numbers, and assessing raw material quality.
- Conduct hourly walks through production and warehouse areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate, maintain, and monitor production processes and procedures to uphold product quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of factory experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage manufacturing processes.
- Forklift operation proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
