Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support tactical purchasing needs for Product Life Cycle and Global Supply Chain strategies
- Coordinate strategic programs, training, and communication with minimal supervision
- Plan and execute actions such as RFQs and Purchase Orders in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Track orders from placement to payment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data entry
- Communicate directly with vendors to resolve delivery issues and expedite critical orders
- Manage supply base and vendor performance; provide status updates to internal teams
- Work closely with Customer Service and Planning teams to ensure inventory meets customer demand
- Maintain accurate purchase order and shipment tracking in ERP systems
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants for drop shipments and direct delivery
- Complete sales orders for direct shipments and support with invoice discrepancies
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (or proven ability to learn quickly)
- Experience in logistics coordination, transportation, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
