We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a leading manufacturing partner. This role demands expertise in TIG welding, with a strong emphasis on precision and quality. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of metal properties and welding techniques to contribute to our high-standard fabrication processes.

- Execute TIG welding on various metals, ensuring welds that meet structural requirements.
- Prepare materials for welding as necessary.
- Conduct weld tests and inspections to adhere to design specifications and quality standards.
- Interpret blueprints and set up welding equipment accordingly.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe condition, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in TIG welding.
- Familiarity with welding aerospace-grade metals such as Inconel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel is highly regarded.
- No job hopping; stable work history required.
- Bonus experience: Welding in aerospace, working with Inconel, Aluminum, and Stainless Ste
- Ability to pass a practical weld test during the interview process.
- Strong adherence to safety practices, with regular use of PPE including steel-toe footwear.
- A basic background check is part of the hiring process.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
Additional Information:
- The position offers competitive pay, based on experience.
- This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm, including potential overtime and weekend work.
