Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in McCormick Place. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting events like SXSW and F1, providing crucial support in handling and preparing event furnishings.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure product quality and timely delivery.- Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate records.- Stage, load, and unload furniture and other items for events.- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to manage furniture within the warehouse.- Clean and perform minor repairs on furniture as necessary to meet quality standards.
Requirements:- Reliable personal transportation required.- High school diploma or GED, or relevant experience in warehouse settings.- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.- Experience operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed by event schedules.
