Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and attentive Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team in Elk Grove Village. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, exhibit excellent communication skills, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pull orders manually from inventory.
- Safely operate forklifts with proficiency; experience with rack loading is a notable advantage.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team.
- Ensure accurate counting and handling of warehouse inventory.
- Be prepared for mandatory overtime during peak inventory periods, which can span three weeks, including weekends.
Requirements
- Proficiency in forklift operations; being certified is an advantage.
- Proficient in fluent English reading and writing.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and some Saturdays, with the potential for overtime or seasonal spikes.
