- Paperwork Pro: Manage essential documents, forms, and records, ensuring everything is in place to support smooth operations.
- Customer Connection: Be the friendly face and voice dealing with customers, answering inquiries, and providing updates about their furniture purchases.
- Sales Supporter: Assist the sales team with inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and other departments to synchronize operations and deliver excellence.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold the brand's reputation through exceptional service and commitment to quality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clerical duties in a warehouse environment, preferably in furniture sales or related industries.
- Organizational skills to manage various forms, documents, and administrative tasks.
- An understanding of sales processes and the ability to support the sales team effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail in managing paperwork and customer interactions.
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival and availability.
