Responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize WMS: Ensure smooth operations by leveraging warehouse management software to its full potential.
• Client engagement: Attend client review meetings, aligning service deliverables with expectations, and spotting areas for improvement.
• Staff management: Oversee and mentor warehouse and office staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Performance tracking: Regularly produce KPI reports, tracking productivity and identifying areas for operational enhancements.

Abilities & Experience:

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a logistics setting.
• Expertise in Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage conflicting priorities.
• Proven track record of excellent client relations and collaboration skills.
