Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of shipping processes, ensuring timely deliveries across the nation.
- Take control of receiving operations, ensuring the accurate processing and storage of incoming goods.
- Direct, guide, and motivate a committed warehouse team. Be the beacon of support, training, and encouragement.
- Track and manage inventory levels, utilizing technology and insights to prevent overstocking and shortages.
- Maintain quality checks on procedures, goods, and overall operations, always aiming for perfection.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar leadership role.
