Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Operational Mastery: Handle daily shipping needs, ensure timely off-loading of inbound finished goods, manage raw material receiving, and oversee the intricate pre-weigh operations.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate startup shifts, assign headcount plans, and ensure daily targets are met with zest. Drive motivation by fostering a positive work environment, ensuring that productivity, cost, and quality standards soar.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote and ensure safety, housekeeping, and strict adherence to all regulatory standards such as SQF, GDP, GBP, and HACCP. Be the vanguard for food quality and security.
• Training & Development: Onboard and train new team members on standard operation procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate productivity. Generate and interpret KPI reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Inventory Expertise: Execute monthly physical counts, and data inputs, and reconcile any discrepancies. Seek out innovative methods to enhance warehouse handling procedures.

• Bilingual Prowess: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is crucial.
