You’ll lead from the front—prospecting, closing, and scaling repeatable sales activity—while aligning recruiting and operations to deliver excellent fill rates and retention.
Responsabilities

• Prospect daily: calls, visits, networking, referrals; convert leads into signed accounts.
• Build proposals, negotiate terms, close deals; drive contract compliance and renewals.
• Grow existing accounts via upsells, cross-sells, and increased order volume. 
• Recruit, train, and coachyour assigned staff; set daily activity standards and KPIs.
• Ensure your team's fill rates, time-to-fill, quality, and compliance expectations are met. 
• Build a results-driven environment with clear expectations, feedback, and recognition.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of sales experience with proven quota attainment; staffing/industrial B2B sales strongly preferred.
• 1–3+ years leading a team (sales, recruiting, or branch operations) with measurable performance improvement.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline/CRM and forecasting weekly/monthly results.
• Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit clients regularly.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build culture; high accountability.
